This Privacy Policy governs the mobile application Before Deciding: Daily Luck ("the App"), created by Eritom apps ("the Developer", "I", "me", or "my") as an Individual. It explains how data is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the App.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App is designed to minimize data collection. I do not collect or request any traditional personal data (such as your name, profile picture, or email address), and no personal data is stored within the Firebase database.

Information Collected Automatically

To provide, improve, and analyze the App's performance, certain technical information is collected automatically via third-party services:

• Device Identifiers: The App processes unique client device IDs via Google Firebase to manage application states and functionality.
• Usage Data: Google Analytics collects anonymous information regarding how the App is used, such as screen views, session duration, and interactions.
• Advertising Identifiers: Google AdMob automatically collects mobile advertising IDs (such as Android's Advertising ID) to serve advertisements within the App.

2. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party code libraries (SDKs) that process data independently under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase & Analytics: Used to monitor app usage, performance, and store system configurations. Google Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. I have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads. These ads do not target you based on your past behavior or interests, but they still use cookies or mobile ad identifiers for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to combat fraud and abuse. 3. Device Features and Sharing

The App includes a system native "Share" function allowing you to share app content. This feature acts entirely on your device local operating system level. The App does not read, access, or save any sharing historical data, contacts, or device storage files.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is accessible for use by children. However, I do not knowingly collect, request, or maintain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or local legal age). All ad integrations are strictly limited to non-personalized delivery, and Firebase architecture logs no user profile data.

5. California Privacy Disclosures (CalOPPA & CCPA/CPRA)

Pursuant to California privacy regulations, the following disclosures are provided:

• Categories of Data Collected: Identifiers (Device ID, Advertising ID) and Internet/Network Activity (Analytics data).
• Do Not Track (DNT): The App does not track users over time across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising, and therefore does not alter behavior in response to web browser DNT signals.
• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: I display non-personalized ads and do not sell user data. However, if you wish to formally opt-out of potential downstream network transfers, please contact me via the email listed below.

6. European Union Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess specific data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The right to access, update, or request erasure of the technical logs/identifiers related to your device.
• The right to object to or restrict processing of your technical data.

Please note that because we do not link device IDs to real-world identities, verifying specific requests may require you to provide your specific instance or installation identifiers.

7. Data Deletion Instructions

You can request the deletion of any automated technical records associated with your app instance by sending an explicit request to the contact email listed below. To execute a complete local data purge, simply uninstall the App from your device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated text to this URL.
